This Meest Agent location's (Meest Concord at Dufferin and Steeles near North York, at the edge of Toronto) management changed in 2022. The new management is oriented toward an extremely customer-friendly environment. We treat all of our customers with respect, fairness, and appreciation. Great customer service. They packed the package and sent it on its way quickly & efficiently. They've changed things over the last few months for the better.
I initially wrote a review about medical aid not being accept and an employee giving my husband a hard time and being rude. Turns out it was the wrong location, he went to "Meest North" in Richmond Hill. Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know that this location accepts donations that we've worked so hard to collect for Ukraine! Also, my dad uses this location to send money to my grandma, he only ever day great things to say! Cheers!
I've been using this company for sending packages and money for over 10 years, and I have never had an issue or a problem that wouldn't be resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I find the lady working there (Concord location) very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Larysa genuinely seems to care to find the best option for a customer to send parcels or money. Will leave my review as well. I am sending usually my parcels to Moldova to my parents and the first time it was fine but the last time I have sent it somehow did not reach them at all. When I have called the company , I was told that as a matter of fact they deliver only till Ukraine and then give the parcel to Moldova Post as a usual parcel . After that they do not take any responsibility for any problems with delivery. I thought that they were delivering from start to finish but it was not so . Also , paid for home delivery which also did not happen.
