You can send parcels to 40 countries in Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East. Click here for the full country list where you can send parcels.

Do You Deliver Parcels to Russia or Belarus?

No, we used to service both, Russia and Belarus, before the war. Since February 2022, both of these countries are under sanctions and we can no longer send parcels there.
How much does it cost to send a parcel?

How Much Does it Cost to Send a Parcel?

International shipping costs to send a parcel range from $5 to over $100, depending on:
  • The country you're sending to. For example, it's cheaper to send a package to Ukraine compared to other countries.
  • The region within Canada you're sending from. Meest Concord is located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), which has the cheapest rates in Canada.
  • The shipping method. If shipping by air, it will be delivered faster, but it will be a few dollars extra compared to sea shipments.
  • Additional insurance you'd like to purchase, if any. By default, all parcels are insured for up to $60. The maximum additional insurance for parcels is $800.
  • The weight of the parcel. The minimum weight we charge for is 5 kg (11 lbs). The maximum weight allowed is 30 kg (66 lbs) to most countries. Even if your parcel weighs less than 5 kg, the shipping cost is still based on 5 kg. The only exception to this rule are small packages and letters for less than the standard 5 kg minimum charge to some countries.
  • The volume of the parcel. The maximum length of any side of the package should not exceed 1.05 m (41 in). For air freight, sometimes what determines the delivery cost is the space your package takes, not the actual weight. This is called the dimensional weight. The greater of actual weight vs dimensional weight is used to determine the shipping cost for parcels travelling by air. Whereas, when shipping by sea, only the actual weight is considered. You can send money to Ukraine using our money transfer services at Meest Concord. You can send money using 2 methods:
  • Money transfer to a PrivatBank or Bank Aval location. Only US dollars can be received using this method.
  • Cash to Door courier money transfer where cash will be physically delivered to the person's address. Hryvnyas, US dollars, or Canadian dollars can be received using this method.

Money can only be sent to countries that have either PrivatBank or Bank Aval locations. Mainly, they're located in Ukraine.
