How to Package a Parcel When Using Our International Shipping Service
If you need help packaging your parcel or you have fragile items, don't hesitate to contact us at (905) 482-3142 or support@meestconcord.ca. You can also simply bring your contents unpackaged to our location and we will help you package your shipment properly.

When sending a parcel through our international shipping service, all parcels must be packed securely, ideally in a cardboard box. The recipient's and sender's full names and addresses must be written on two sides of the parcel.
A Customs declaration form is necessary with each parcel. We help you fill it out and require your signature. The recipient must be an actual person residing at the written address. Parcels addressed to fictitious recipients will be confiscated by Customs of the recipient's country. We do not have control over decisions regarding which parcels get confiscated by Customs, nor are we responsible for those decisions.
The maximum length of any side of the package should not exceed 1.05 m (41 in).
The maximum weight allowed is 30 kg (66 lbs) to most countries.
Parcel Insurance
Insurance covers a lost, stolen or undelivered parcel only. Neither the insurance nor Meest-Concord or Meest Corporation cover damage to the contents of the parcel.
All parcels are automatically insured for $60. You can choose to purchase additional insurance. The maximum additional insurance for parcels is $800. Not all packages can be insured for an additional amount. Additional insurance availability is dependent on the value of the contents being sent. You must coordinate larger insurance amounts with the Meest Corporation - head office.
To opt for $60 insurance and waive any additional insurance, on the form, you will need to put your signature in the column "For sender: sign here to waive additional insurance and accept $60 limited liability".
To opt for additional insurance, in the "insurance" column on the form, you will need to indicate the additional insurance amount. In some cases, parcels that are insured for over $500 may be opened and examined by us to determine the value of the contents.

I initially wrote a review about medical aid not being accept and an employee giving my husband a hard time and being rude. Turns out it was the wrong location, he went to "Meest North" in Richmond Hill. Will leave my review as well. I am sending usually my parcels to Moldova to my parents and the first time it was fine but the last time I have sent it somehow did not reach them at all. When I have called the company , I was told that as a matter of fact they deliver only till Ukraine and then give the parcel to Moldova Post as a usual parcel . After that they do not take any responsibility for any problems with delivery. I thought that they were delivering from start to finish but it was not so . Also , paid for home delivery which also did not happen.
